“One of the couples who say cutesy things like this.” Kairi told him. “Not that I mind, of course.” She added before delivering a soft kiss to his neck, humming in content.
“Ah. Well, there’s nothing wrong with that. As long as we’re not talking in gibberish to each other.” Letting out a yawn, Ven rested his head on top of Kairi’s, mumbling “Sleepy…”
Kairi reached a hand up to play with Ven’s hair. “Want to sleep then?” She asked, feeling a little tired herself.
“We’ve become one of those couples now, haven’t we?” She asked him, laughing. Moving to rest her head on his shoulder she whispered, “I did so miss you more.”
“Whaddya mean ‘those couples’?” He asked, rubbing her lower back. Chuckling softly, he pecked the side of her head, whispering “Whatever you say babe.” in return.

Gladly returning the kiss, he wrapped his arms tightly around her waist, pulling away after what seemed like hours, but wasn’t long enough. “Nu-uh, I missed you more.”
